Design

I supervise the UX design of e-commerce services and systems, ensuring the quality of deliverables provided by partners.

Based on requirements, I design specific features, focusing on internationalization and integration of omnichannel flows.

I specialize in information architecture design, transforming the set of product information into a structured navigation, defining primary and secondary navigation, faceted navigation, and search engine optimization.

Additionally, I handle the design of the entire checkout process, aiming to maximize conversion and improve user experience.

Optimization

The optimization phase aims to verify the quality of the e-commerce site’s design.

It includes conducting specific expert evaluation sessions, based on a library consolidated over the years comprising more than 500 guidelines, providing a reasoned, detailed, and prioritized list of intervention suggestions.

Part of the optimization phase also involves the creation, coordination, and partial execution of cases included in the User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
